Mullion Creek Parents and Citizens Association
Our Parents and Citizens Association meet the 1st Wednesday of the month commencing at 6:30pm at the school. The P & C produces regular newsletters promoting upcoming fundraising events, current activities and village news.
The P & C is involved in issues relating to the students and the school, strategies for promotion of the school and raising funds to purchase equipment and resources for the students. The parents are involved with student literacy programs and assisting in classes. The parents prepare fruit breaks each morning for the students, run a clothing pool, hold regular hot lunch days, BBQ's and help out with SRC events.
On behalf of the P & C I would like to express how proud we are of our school. We have a team of remarkable parents whose enthusiasm in supporting our growing school has been proven again and again through their involvement in their children's education whether it be on the sidelines of the sporting fields, manning the BBQ or helping out behind the scenes.
The dedicated teachers and staff, through their commitment and amazing efforts, provide our children with a learning atmosphere which is open, accessible and emphasises attention to the individual child's needs - something not always attainable in a larger school environment.
All parents and the community members are invited to participate actively in the work the P & C in its commitment to supporting and improving our school and the village of Mullion Creek.
